Cancellation, Return Replacement & Refund Policy

We strive to give you a delightful spice buying experience each time you shop with us and offer an industry leading 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any un-opened packs for a full refund. Please drop an email at freshgroundindia@gmail.com intimating us of the return within 7 days of receipt of the product. We shall arrange for the product pick up within 5 days of your intimation and the refund shall be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of the product at our warehouse.

Customers need to ensure that the product packaging is intact and the package is ship ready at the time of the pick-up. All Refunds will be made to the same payment mode that was used at the time of payment.

If you have received a damage product, please intimate us with product pictures on freshgroundindia@gmail.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. We will replace the product within 7 To 10 working days at no cost.

Cancellations are allowed only if the products are yet to be shipped from our factory. Please send an email requesting cancellation of your order to freshgroundindia@gmail.com along with your order number. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the order and shall be processed within 7 days of receipt of your email.
